At Nikki Note, we offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD – automatically applied at checkout, no code needed! 

Processing & Handling Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Estimated delivery times depend on your location. Delivery typically takes:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Nikki Note is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is missing, please check with USPS or file a claim through their service.

Order Issues & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of when you placed your order with photos of the damage so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
