At Nikki Note, we are committed to providing high-quality Japanese stationery that meets your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All refund and exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. To request a return or refund, please contact support@nikkinote.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a detailed reason and supporting documentation (e.g. photos of the product).
Refund eligibility will be determined after reviewing your request. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Nikki Note does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or final sale items
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria. Refund processing times vary based on the payment method used. Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. Nikki Note is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
Defects
While we aim to deliver the best quality products, we thoroughly inspect each item throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a damaged item, please contact our support team at support@nikkinote.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include a photo of the damaged item and a brief description in your email. Our team will review your inquiry and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
When you get your order, please check your items right away. If something is wrong, including broken or damaged items, or if you did not receive what you ordered, please contact us promptly. We will look into the problem and help to solve it to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

- Damage to orders by postal service
- Stolen packages after delivery
- P.O. Box issues
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Mistakes made by shipping Couriers
